Sunny View Fire & Rescue (SVFR) has been serving the entire community of Sunny View, North Carolina since 1967.

SVFR provides fire protection and rescue services to our community and through mutual aid agreements, to our neighboring communities.

This site is dedicated to the men and women who give, or have given in the past, their time and talents serving the citizens and visitors of Sunny View.

Our Mission

Through professionalism, dedication, integrity and training, Sunny View Fire & Rescue works to safeguard the lives and property, and to enhance the quality of life of the citizens of the Sunny View, North Carolina. We accomplish this by providing a vast array of emergency services, public relations and fire safety education. We will also strive to protect and preserve the health of our members as well as making sure our members return home safely to their families.
